Bright Eyes Early Learning Centers are family owned and operated, not part of a franchise. Bright Eyes creates a welcoming environment for all families, so that you and your family feel safe and secure when you are away from home. Please contact the center location closest to you. The center director and staff can guide you through the touring and enrollment process. Touring the facility gives you the opportunity to walk through, ask any questions, and get a feel for the teachers and the environment. If you find that the center location is the right one for you and your family, the center director will give you a packet for enrollment and any further information you may need to get you started.

Tuition is due every Monday of the current week for weekly payers. Tuition is due by the 5th of each month for Monthly payers. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order and credit card. Bright Eyes also has recurring credit card and direct debit options available.

With a two week written notice, we can change and adjust your child's enrollment schedule, space availability permitting. We understand that situations change. If you need to disenroll with a center location, you will also need a 2 week written notice. Your deposit will be applied toward the last week of your 2 week notice.

Bright Eyes typically follows the Administrative offices for MCPS, FCPS and WCPS for weather related delays and closures. If administrative office delay or closed, Bright Eyes will delay or close. If the public schools close, but Administrative office open on time, Bright Eyes will delay opening by 1-hour. Bright Eyes reserves the right to make adjustments to this policy based on current conditions and safety. To get the most current information, please see the home page. Bright Eyes is closed for the following Holidays: New Years Day Martin Luther King Day President's Day Good Friday Easter Monday Memorial Day Indepedence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Thanksgiving Friday Christmas Eve Christmas Day Decmeber 26 or 31 (Depending on the calendar the annual calendar)
